Making Process

Fabric: 180-200 GSM combed cotton jersey with silicone softener for handfeel; pre-washed for shrink control.

Cut & Sew: Grain-true cutting to avoid torque; taped shoulders for neck stability; coverstitch hems.

Printing: Plastisol, water-based, discharge, or DTG per artwork; flash cure controls to prevent scorch.

Finishing: Steam, measure, and final QC for shade, print adhesion, and torque.

Sourcing

Combed cotton yarn from compliant mills; eco-friendly inks available; trims and labels sourced with social and chemical compliance.
